this includes vacant land, working farms and ranches. Here we offer undeveloped, early development or developed land. We carry out valuation, subdivision and site assembly including clearance, levelling and securing of properties.
Real Estate
Includes both new construction and resale homes. We cater for all types of occupancy – condominiums, townhouses, apartment flats, studios and free-standing homes – all spread across various price ranges.
Commercial Estate
This carter for small and medium size shopping centers, shopping malls, medical and educational buildings, hotels and offices.
Industrial estates
In this space we offer manufacturing buildings and property, as well as warehouses. The buildings can be used for research, production, storage, and distribution of goods.
We also assist our customers to identify upcoming developments around various areas in order to assist them position well for zoning and structure construction.
